Pedro Trindade has a M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, obtained in 2010. He has been carrying Ph.D. studies and is a researcher at Institute of Systems and Robotics - University of Coimbra, Portugal and Citard Services Ltd, Cyprus.

He has recently collaborated on the European Project HANDLE within the EU 7th framework. He is also collaborating on the European project SocialRobot within the Seventh Framework Programme FP7, by People Programme, Industry-Academia Partnerships and Pathways (IAPP).

His research interests are Intertial Sensing, Sensor Fusion, Computer Vision, Robotic Grasping.
