|MSc Student of the course of Electrical and Computer Engineering, in the branch of Computer Science, at the University of Coimbra.
Is presented in the final phase of the course. In the 2010/2011 school year took part in the Erasmus program, where for a year, studied at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
He joined the Institute of Systems and Robotics, in order to carry out the dissertation. This is entitled "Non-standar and cheap interfaces for application software", all of it involves using a peripheral called Kinect. Main objective is to use the full potential that it has to capture depth maps, and therefore making the accurate tracking of gestures performing by persons. |
